Why We Started

I was always the fit one. The gym girl. Training every day, fitness was my whole identity, and it’s how Shapeshifter was born.

Back then, I didn’t get it. I’d see women stop showing up for themselves and think, how do you just fall off?

Then I became a mom. Twice. And I got it.

You pour everything into your babies, your partner, your work, your home. By the time you get to yourself, you’re getting whatever’s left. Your body feels like it belongs to someone else. Your core feels like it’s been pulled apart. And somewhere in there, a quiet thought creeps in:

Maybe that part of my life is over.

I want you to know it isn’t.

Here’s what I learned rebuilding my own body after two babies: the goal was never to get back to who I was. That girl didn’t carry two humans. She didn’t learn what I’ve learned or survive what I’ve survived. Going “back” to her was never the point.

The point is to shift. Into someone stronger. Someone who knows what her body is capable of, because she’s seen it.

That’s what Shapeshifter is. Support on the outside while your body heals, and strength on the inside as you rebuild. A waist trainer made for your body after babies, and workouts that fit your life now, not the life you had before.

Yes, it might be harder now. But harder isn’t impossible. I’m living proof, and I built this so you could be too.
